I cannot get in touch with anyone to complete the refund of the money taken from me for a car they said I was initially approved for but let me leave and then called and said I wasn't approved for. They simply could have cancelled the transaction as the money had not been taken yet but they let it go through and now 4 days later I am trying to get them to return my money. As I have worked in banking and retail I know for a FACT that the transaction could have been made to not go through and we could have avoided this. I am highly disappointed and at this point I may have to go into the dealership and cause an issue so that they will give me back my money. I would not recommend anyone go here as they seem to be dishonest unless they want to make it work for you. More
