Simple oil change and tire rotation I have been coming to this dealership since I have owned the car for oil changes. When I purchased the car I get free oil changes. Each time I come I I have been coming to this dealership since I have owned the car for oil changes. When I purchased the car I get free oil changes. Each time I come I say it can’t get any worse but somehow it does. I specifically stated to the gentleman that checked me in “please make sure they reset the the oil change sensor because the last few times they have forgotten “ and of course he said no problem I will make sure. When I returned home and went to drive my car again of course it wasn’t done. You would think since I mentioned it , this simple task should be taken care of but it wasn’t. Along with that every time I leave their dealership I have a tire sensor that goes out. Once maybe twice coincidence maybe but three times can’t be right. I just can’t see that happening. More

Took forever to get my oil changed I have a new kia sorento from crowley kia and when i called the kia dealership about an oil change he told me he couldn't do it until 1 week later but I have a new kia sorento from crowley kia and when i called the kia dealership about an oil change he told me he couldn't do it until 1 week later but told me i could walk into crowley ford quick service for my free oil change so i went to plainville ct. 3 hours later i got my oil changed. This is unacceptable as i could go to a quick change oil place and 15 minutes later I'm on my way plus they vacuum the floor. next time I'll pay for my oil change as my time is worth the money. More

Oil change service great regular service dep terrible I was greeted and treated well in oil service desk but when I stopped by main service area to discuss possible issue with truck I was ignored for ten I was greeted and treated well in oil service desk but when I stopped by main service area to discuss possible issue with truck I was ignored for ten minutes while the two men finished griping about another customer complaint. When I explained the issue I was concerned with I was not given any confidence that they would help in fact I got the impression regardless of the issue I would be told it was worse case scenario I then picked up truck to find oil on shifter which I had to clean off myself. The people make the dealership I drove 45 minutes to have an oiil change just to talk with my salesman, Tony, the general sales manager, Tom and the Service Manager, Gary. They went over the new programs that are effect and what might be coming in the near future.
