What on Earth is wrong with the service department?!?! It took me three weeks to purchase a used truck at Crowley Ford in Plainville because the service department failed to fix the existing problems with It took me three weeks to purchase a used truck at Crowley Ford in Plainville because the service department failed to fix the existing problems with the vehicle - OVER AND OVER AGAIN. There were problems with truck that the service coordinator was supposed to have fixed and he didn't. I had to bring the truck to my independent garage three times before they completed the necessary repairs. What on Earth is wrong with their service department? I expected better from a Ford dearlership. More

First Oil Change Clean, comfortable waiting area with Kuerig coffee maker! Rep said it would take about 1 hour for oil change and 6,000 mile check-up. It took 50 mi Clean, comfortable waiting area with Kuerig coffee maker! Rep said it would take about 1 hour for oil change and 6,000 mile check-up. It took 50 minutes. I had a slow leak in the rear tire so they said it would take an additional half hour. It did. They had to take the tire off and reseal it. Have had no issues since then. Everyone was very friendly and professional. My first service experience was GREAT! Also, there were no fees for the service. More
