Very good experience Have a lifetime Oil and filter agreement. They go beyond what they have to do. Replaced a small buib and found a small nail in my tire. Excellent experience at Crowley I had my new Escape in for service to fix a taillight that needed repair when I purchased the vehicle. My salesman John called me as soon as the part I had my new Escape in for service to fix a taillight that needed repair when I purchased the vehicle. My salesman John called me as soon as the part arrived and scheduled my service for a time convenient for me. I even got a complimentary car wash. Thumbs up!! I called service for an issue with cold air blowing in from the steering column and Dennis had me bring my vehicle right in that afternoon to look at it. John met me at the door. I can't give them what they want Is it fair to expect more than 2 stars after waiting 6 months to apply the protective coating to a customers new vehicle ? When the car was finally p Is it fair to expect more than 2 stars after waiting 6 months to apply the protective coating to a customers new vehicle ? When the car was finally picked up there were still 2 good sized areas on the finish where the wax was not buffed out and was still visible.. That's minor compared to the problems with the Sales people we had to deal with. So we took care of it with the cloth Dennis provided for us in the cleaning kit. I would have thought under the circumstances they would have used greater care. And after 6 months of having to constantly correct the mutilated spelling of my last name over and over, hey it's 6 letters long, I do not expect them to have it spelled right at the next oil change. I'd throw in the extra star if they respected me enough to do that. Maybe down the road, if the gentleman I spoke with in Customer Service, Dennis Broderick, continues to be honest with me I can go up another star. Not now, I have been in the swamp too long (6 months) with their sales dept. Please note the 2 stars are NOT a reflection on Dennis Broderick. More

We walked in with a 2005 Esc We recently went into our favorite Ford dealership...Crowley Ford...in Plainville, CT to look at pre-certified vehicles. We walked in with a 2005 Escape and drove out with a 2015 Escape! Alexander Cruz and the rest of the staff there were extremely helpful and we were out in a couple of hours. This is our fourth vehicle purchased from them and we will probably be back in the future!!! More

I have been having issues with m I have been a loyal Crowley/Ford customer since I purchased my 2006 Explorer and have nothing but great experiences. I have been having issues with my battery for the past 2 years and had several replaced by AAA and the inconvenience was beginning to become more often. I finally called Crowley and Jesse was awesome in handling my issue and found out that it was just the battery and it was replaced. It was a great experience working with Jesse and that's what makes me continue to stay with Crowley with my Explorer and any new vehicle I hope to purchase in the next couple of years. My new Ford Escape I am a loyal Ford customer, and when it came time to replace my 2003 Escape, I went to Crowley to see what's available. I thought I would not be abl I am a loyal Ford customer, and when it came time to replace my 2003 Escape, I went to Crowley to see what's available. I thought I would not be able to get a new Escape because I was having difficulty climbing into the older one, but I was wrong. They showed me a 2017 that was lower to the ground and easy for me to get into. They gave me a great deal, and I think I am now a loyal Crowley Ford customer! More
