Jim Brooks, My name is Colt Szczygiel. You guys should have all of my info as I purchased my 2010 Focus SES from you. I believe that I spoke to you the day I picked my car up... SgtMaj Brooks? Currently I have been working about 10 hour days, and also have a bunch of appointments coming up this week as I leave Friday night for Florida. Hi Jim, I appreciate your response to my concerns. I am wondering if someone else was on duty the day I was at Lincoln? My salesman is Sam and he knows who I am by name. I love Sam, he has been a very good salesman, the best in fact, and I do believe he has done everything in his power to help me, so if there is anything you can do, that would be great.
