For my rating of your dealership to be responded to by such a vague, prewritten apology is adding insult to your injuries. Then to ask me to "Provide us with any information regarding who you worked with" when I had stated in my review their names is just exclaiming the overall lack of sincerity. In my years of business I've learn one solid fact and that is you only have one first impression and that impression is lasting. I left your business far from impressed.
