Bad Technician I had an appointment to have my 2019 Ford Mustang looked at. I was having a problem with the oil pressure which over 3000 rpms, jumped to 80 PSI. Ov I had an appointment to have my 2019 Ford Mustang looked at. I was having a problem with the oil pressure which over 3000 rpms, jumped to 80 PSI. Over 4000 rpms, it jumped to over 100 PSI - off the chart. The Tech said he took the car out on the street and could not duplicate what I was telling him. There was no code that came up to say otherwise. I insisted that I've had 3 mustangs since 2012 and none of them went over 50 PSI no matter what circumstances. The service manager recommended that I drive with the Tech to show what I was talking about. He reluctantly got in the car (and looked more like he wanted to go home). We were still in the parking lot and took the car up to 3000 rpms and the oil pressure gauge went to 80 PSI. As soon as that happened, the Tech told me to 'stop the car and if you are going to drive like that, I'm getting out of the car'. And with that, he got out and slammed the car door and walk off to the office. I went back into the office, where he still insisted that it didn't throw a code and was in the parameters of being normal. Not even considering that it could be the gauge that could be at fault. I've never had a Tech like that at Crowley - they always took the time to listen and try to resolve the issue. I will be going to Tasca Ford (which is closer to where I live) and will never go back to Gengras Ford. More

Crowley Rip Off My wife and I purchased a new Ford Escape from Crowley Ford in December 2018. Being BJ’s Warehouse Club members, we were told we’d get a special price My wife and I purchased a new Ford Escape from Crowley Ford in December 2018. Being BJ’s Warehouse Club members, we were told we’d get a special price as well as a $250 gift card to BJ’s. Our salesman, John Velez, told us he’d do the paperwork to get the gift card out to us from BJ’s. After 3 months, I called BJ’s and was told the dealership never submitted the paperwork for the gift card. I called and spoke to this salesman. He told me he would take care of the issue. Well, 8 months later, still no gift card. Of course, we were stupid and gave the salesman high marks on the Ford Customer Survey. If I could rate him again, he’d get 1s across the board. You’ve been warned. More
