Took forever to get my oil changed I have a new kia sorento from crowley kia and when i called the kia dealership about an oil change he told me he couldn't do it until 1 week later but I have a new kia sorento from crowley kia and when i called the kia dealership about an oil change he told me he couldn't do it until 1 week later but told me i could walk into crowley ford quick service for my free oil change so i went to plainville ct. 3 hours later i got my oil changed. This is unacceptable as i could go to a quick change oil place and 15 minutes later I'm on my way plus they vacuum the floor. next time I'll pay for my oil change as my time is worth the money. More

When I explained the issue I was concerned with I was not given any confidence that they would help in fact I got the impression regardless of the issue I would be told it was worse case scenario I then picked up truck to find oil on shifter which I had to clean off myself. Quick lane oil change service was fine it was regular service department that was rude and unhelpful More

The people make the dealership I drove 45 minutes to have an oiil change just to talk with my salesman, Tony, the general sales manager, Tom and the Service Manager, Gary.
