Tracy is a very good listener and gives clear and accurate advice about the features in each car. The service department does a fantastic job of explaining what they are doing and why it needs to be done. Their cost estimates are spot on as is their repair time lines. The service advisors are friendly and knowledgeable.. I would be hard pressed to find a better crew and friendlier place of business. Keep up the good work More

The folks in service are also very friendly and knowledgeable, and go over everything they have done and what areas of your car may need attention in the near future. They are also very involved in local charities from what I understand having donated over $70,000 each year for the past 4-5 years! I would be hard pressed to believe that there is a better Subaru Dealership anywhere else in Connecticut, New York, Rhode Island, or Massachusettes!! GO THERE!!! More
