I worked hard for a year to save up for a used car and I had it for a few months and it was practically destroyed by a hit and run. My girlfriend who had similar credit issues told me I should go to Center Subaru because she had a great experience with another salesman. I walked into the showroom and almost immediately Joe walked up and asked what he could do for me. He is very professional but also relaxed. He found me a car for a good deal. I signed on it and then backed out. A few months later I did the same thing- Joe found me a nice car, I signed on it, didn’t feel the deal was for me, and backed out again. Joe suggested that I go to a local credit union for a car loan because he has good experience with them. A few months later I came back and once again he was very friendly and professional. He remembered details and asked me about my family and work. I went to the credit union, got a good loan, and finally drove off the lot with one of my favorite cars- A 2014 Volkswagen Jetta. I plan to come back in 5 years and buy a WRX and be a true Subaru owner. If Mr. Kolosky is still in the sales business, I’ll go straight to his desk. Thanks Joe! Great reputable dealership At first, my wife and I visited Center Subaru just to get an overview of the colors and options on the Subaru Legacy. We dealt with Dave Robinson, At first, my wife and I visited Center Subaru just to get an overview of the colors and options on the Subaru Legacy. We dealt with Dave Robinson, who went over them without being pushy. After we found what we wanted and got a good price, we decided to buy the car on that first visit. The car we wanted had to be ordered. Dave kept us informed of the status of the order. When the car arrived and we went to pick it up, it did not have the interior color that we ordered. In order to correct the error, Dave and the dealership offered us another car that they had in stock with the interior color that we wanted but with some additional options, all at the original agreed price. Dave called the insurance company to get a new insurance card with the new VIN number, and stayed beyond closing time to explain to us everything about the new car. As a result, we were still able to drive away with the car that day. Dave and the dealership turned what could have been a bad experience into a good experience. Our dealings with Dave and the dealership were very professional, and they went above and beyond to satisfy us. We would highly recommend this dealership to others. More

Center Subaru has far exceeded my expectations and raised the bar for all others. Joe Kolosky was understanding and patient with all of my needs and monetary constraints. Not once did he pressure me or "play the sales game". He explained finances, offered multiple options and allowed me to choose the one that fit my needs and budget. The final paperwork with James Sands was just as thorough and pressure free. There were additional options that were explained in detail and there wasn't a moment when I felt like they were being pushed, just explained. All of my decisions were met with acceptance and non judgement. Both Joe and James were super friendly, helpful, patient and most of all knowledgeable about their product. This may be the start of a very long relationship! More
