After asking a few questions and really listening to me as I worked out what I really wanted, he showed me a new Forester. Yes, I wanted a new car! Michael walked me through the steps to determine how I could accomplish it with what I wanted to pay each month. I didn't expect there would be a car on the lot but there was. I was trading in my car and didn't have the title with me. No problem. Someone from the dealership picked it up. I had to be home for an appointment. No problem. Service went through the car while I finished up the financials. I have to call my insurance agent. No problem. Michael called for me and the agent faxed over my new insurance card. I had my new car in less than 3 hours. Everyone at Center Subaru was very friendly and helpful who obviously care about their customers. Thank you Michael, Andy, and Kit. More

I should add.... I DIDN'T EVEN BUY THE CAR! And yet, after several visits to check out a few different vehicles (which included two separate test drives), never once did I feel like I was wasting their time. Andrew even came in early one morning on his day off to show me a car that I had inquired about! When it comes to these online of reviews, I'm always skeptical... but I felt so inclined to write this because Andrew (and his manager) treated me with respect, and worked hard to get me the best deal. In the end, I chose to hold off on a purchase until I am a bit more certain about what I'm looking for, but I wouldn't hesitate to return and work with Andrew again. More

Arriving before David was back in work, the delivery of our car was then handled by another excellent salesman Majid Aburabei, who slowly showed us what every button, bell & whistle on the car was meant to do, and on a modern car that can take awhile. Just a superbly smooth handling of something totally unexpected so that from our perspective as customers we got to meet two outstanding salesmen helping each other out as a professional team.
