Great and Quick Routine Service on my 2017 Golf Sportwagen I called for an appointment on the morning of Friday after Thanksgiving and got an appointment for 11am on the same day. They performed the first VW R I called for an appointment on the morning of Friday after Thanksgiving and got an appointment for 11am on the same day. They performed the first VW Routine maintenance and installed a VW Dealer Accessory on my car in 1 hour. That was 1/2 hour quicker than the estimated time given when I arrived at Crowley. My Service Consultant (Betty Dauphinee) took the time to find me wandering the new car lot, to let me know my car was ready. I was on my way home 1/2 hour sooner than expected. Great Service and Great employees. More

Spare key I had purchased a spare key for my car from Crowley. I brought the car down for them to code the key fab and they were very courteous. When I went to I had purchased a spare key for my car from Crowley. I brought the car down for them to code the key fab and they were very courteous. When I went to start my car the next morning with my remote start, it no longer worked. I called the same day to ask them to fix it and they told me it was not their problem even though it stopped working after they serviced my car. I then had to go back to the shop who installed my remote starter and have them reprogram it which they were nice enough to do for no charge. My experience when I was at the dealer was great but as soon as a problem arised, the guy was rude on the phone to me and wanted nothing to do with it. More

Long time customer I have been with Crowlet VW for almost ten years. Before that my service manager was with Crowley Chrysler and before that he was with a small Dodge I have been with Crowlet VW for almost ten years. Before that my service manager was with Crowley Chrysler and before that he was with a small Dodge dealer who sold up to Crowley. I stay with the service provider because he makes the quality of service responsible, thorough, and great. He always explains whats being done, reports additional findings, if any, and gives me a heads up what to expect for service needs down the road. I TRUST what he tells me. He has often gone the extra mile for me and my “fleet”. thanks for almost 25 years of managing my auto repair needs whether Chrysler, Toyota or Ford. More
