My experiences at Gentilini Ford over the last several years has been excellent. From that very first day several years ago when I walked into the showroom I was treated with respect. This was especially important to me as I had experienced a degrading, unprofessional experience at ANOTHER COMPANY/DEALERSHIP. Needless to say, I was looking for a different car and decided to try Ford at Gentilini in Woodbine, NJ. As I stated above, from that first day at Gentilini when I first met Andy Rosenberg I knew I had finally found my "home." I certainly was not treated as a "dumb blonde" which was the case previously (another company). Fast forward to 2017 and Patrick Murphy; attentive, polite, informative. Patrick assured me that all I had to do was call if I needed anything, which I did and he responded immediately. All of my automobile needs will continue to be met at Gentilini Ford and I look forward to Patrick Murphy assisting me when my lease is up and I need to either lease again or purchase. First impressions are so very important and that is why Andy Rosenberg is the reason I became a Gentilini customer and will continue to be a loyal Gentilini Family Member!
