They held true to their #Warranty and made it right. I also bought a 2026 F250 from them while my 450 was getting a transmission rebuilt just had all the recalls done on it. Shannon is also a very knowledgeable and outstanding service writer who cares about an outcome of quality work. More

The vehicle was sold as Toyota Blue Certified and major mechanical issues surfaced within weeks. I feel the certification inspection either missed obvious issues or was inadequately performed. Sold me a mechanical issues surfaced within weeks. I feel the certification inspection either missed obvious issues or was inadequately performed. Sold me a Toyota Tacoma that had ‘blue certified’ warranty. Sounded impressive, till you learn that it does not cover normal wear and tear. Seams reasonable, right? Well check this out — 2 WEEKS after rolling off the lot, I discovered the battery needed replaced. 4 WEEKS after driving off the lot, I discovered the throw out bearing & clutch needed to be replaced. At this point, I already knew what was gonna be covered under warranty (throw out bearing) and what would not (battery & clutch). I called the dealership, spoke to my salesman (Brandon), and he told me ‘not a problem, just give the dealership a call when you figure out what the warranty will & wont cover. We’ll see what we can do.’ What could they do, you ask? Absolutely nothing. Brandon put me on hold, then came back ~30 seconds later with some bull hockey excuse that shifted ALL the blame off of the dealership. ‘Manager said the battery tested fine when getting inspected.’ A battery that starts failing 2 WEEKS after driving off the lot, did not test fine. I was immediately so irritated I forgot about the big ticket item — the clutch. Essentially, ‘not our problem, buddy’. Pretty irritated, not gonna lie. DO NOT RECOMMEND. More
Title: Cost me an extra $1,000 in rental fees due to gross negligence and terrible service. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I dropped my vehicle off on April 27th, and the nightmare b gross negligence and terrible service. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I dropped my vehicle off on April 27th, and the nightmare began immediately. The adjuster came on April 28th but only completed half the inspection. George Coleman Collision then sat on my vehicle for THREE WEEKS before they finally bothered to look underneath it for the rest of the inspection. They originally promised a two-week turnaround. Instead, they kept moving the goalposts. On May 14th, they gave me another false timeline, and it dragged on for another three full weeks. Because they do not do all their work in-house, they are incredibly slow, disorganized, and completely inefficient. Because of their inability to do the job on time, I was forced to pay an extra $1,000 out of pocket for a rental car for those extra 3 weeks. When my dad and I asked Ray at the front desk for assistance with the rental costs—since their direct negligence caused the delay—he was terribly rude, refused to help, and wouldn't even give us his last name. On top of the $1,000 rental hit they caused, I still had to hand over my $500 deductible just to get my vehicle back. I finally just got my truck back today, and honestly, based on how terribly they handled the timeline and the customer service, I am incredibly nervous about whether the actual repair work is even safe or done right. Save yourself the massive financial headache and the disrespect. Avoid George Coleman Collision at all costs. More
