I have over 30 years in the automotive industry. I have held various roles here at the dealership. I am currently in sales and back up the sales manager's when they are not present. The vehicle was sold as Toyota Blue Certified and major mechanical issues surfaced within weeks. I feel the certification inspection either missed obvious issues or was inadequately performed. Sold me a Toyota Tacoma that had ‘blue certified’ warranty. Sounded impressive, till you learn that it does not cover normal wear and tear. Seams reasonable, right? Well check this out — 2 WEEKS after rolling off the lot, I discovered the battery needed replaced. 4 WEEKS after driving off the lot, I discovered the throw out bearing & clutch needed to be replaced. At this point, I already knew what was gonna be covered under warranty (throw out bearing) and what would not (battery & clutch). I called the dealership, spoke to my salesman (Brandon), and he told me ‘not a problem, just give the dealership a call when you figure out what the warranty will & wont cover. We’ll see what we can do.’ What could they do, you ask? Absolutely nothing. Brandon put me on hold, then came back ~30 seconds later with some bull hockey excuse that shifted ALL the blame off of the dealership. ‘Manager said the battery tested fine when getting inspected.’ A battery that starts failing 2 WEEKS after driving off the lot, did not test fine. I was immediately so irritated I forgot about the big ticket item — the clutch. Essentially, ‘not our problem, buddy’. Pretty irritated, not gonna lie. DO NOT RECOMMEND. More

Well I think the salesman Jesse was great but his manager is a piece of crap i bought a truck from them had the truck about 30 days the transmission went bad they fixed it but I wanted to trade it in and was is a piece of crap i bought a truck from them had the truck about 30 days the transmission went bad they fixed it but I wanted to trade it in and was going to buy a new truck they manager low balled the trade so bad that I couldn't get financed he wouldn't even try to work with me on top of that it took 30 days to get the truck fixed now if this is the type of place you want to do business with good luck never again for me More

I had an excellent experience! The was my first new vehicle purchase. I’ve been to dealers before, and turned away after a few hours just due to the haggle and back and forth proce The was my first new vehicle purchase. I’ve been to dealers before, and turned away after a few hours just due to the haggle and back and forth process most dealers put you through. That was not the case here. Everything was done over the phone/online and was as simple as I could have hoped. Josh was absolutely fantastic and even took the time to deliver my Bronco Sport to my place of work! I couldn’t have asked for better service and am truly impressed with this dealer. Gerald was amazing to talk with as well and helped me greatly with the purchase process. If I can convince my wife to get a new Ford, this will be the first place I visit! More
