Everything was done over the phone/online and was as simple as I could have hoped. Josh was absolutely fantastic and even took the time to deliver my Bronco Sport to my place of work! I couldn’t have asked for better service and am truly impressed with this dealer. Gerald was amazing to talk with as well and helped me greatly with the purchase process. I purchased at this dealer before and had a great experience. This time could have been better. We had the car delivered to our home. We were surprised that it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned and n experience. This time could have been better. We had the car delivered to our home. The lousy part was the driver telling us it only comes with one key. Perhaps that is not a big deal to some but it is to us. We liked our salesman and he was great to work with but we should have gotten a heads-up about the key situation. More
