I dealt with Ray in the Body Shop. Super nice person and the atmosphere was professional, clean and friendly. The work appears to be done to a high standard. When some of the initial painting was not to the manager's satisfaction they repainted the hood, which was nice. Communication was good but I did have to initiate a couple of times, so not "excellent". There was a question near the end regarding the operation of the air conditioning which set us back a couple days but GCF investigated and found it to be a blown fuse which they fixed and all was well. Overall I would say it was a good experience and would have given five stars except for the issue with the A/C. More
