Had my headlights replaced but the technician forgot two bolts and insisted that the new lens could not be adjusted once installed. I took the car back to retrieve the two bolts and had to adjust the headli bolts and insisted that the new lens could not be adjusted once installed. I took the car back to retrieve the two bolts and had to adjust the headlight myself by moving the air cleaner box to access the adjusters. Sounds a bit laxy to me. More

I searched high and low for a Yukon Denali XL. It was very specific as to what I wanted, so was looking across all the western states. I finally found my perfect fit up in Coeur D’Alene ID!! I reached out to the dealer and was greeted by Don Isaacs, a recently hired member of their team. I live 13 hours South of there, so making sure everything was ready to go was a top priority for me. Don made the process SO easy!! Absolutely never felt pressured or pushed into the “sale”. We arrived a few hours earlier than expected. Don took the liberty to hand wash my new vehicle, as the bay was backed up with people. The paperwork was ready to go, we did a test drive of the Yukon while they did the inspection on my trade in. We signed papers and loaded into our new family vehicle only to realize the motor on the passenger side seat was burnt out. Don talked to his boss and we all came to an agreement on what the solution should be. There was no haggling or stress in this purchase, a first for me with this being only the third vehicle I had ever purchased! They gave me an absolutely fair deal on my trade in. I would 100% recommend this dealership to any friends looking to buy. Don is an amazing asset to the George Gee team and I truly hope him the best in his recent career change!
