I never felt like I was working with a salesman, I felt like I was working with an old friend. I would absolutely recommend George Matick Chevrolet to my best friend, my grandma, or a stranger I met on the street. Buyer beware of their disceptive sales tactics. We went in today to lease a new Chevy Cruze and it was a weird, bad experience that wasted over 4 hours. They first tried to jump from $59/month TV ad We went in today to lease a new Chevy Cruze and it was a weird, bad experience that wasted over 4 hours. They first tried to jump from $59/month TV ad price to $90/month. When questioned they went back to $68/month on the model we chose. Once we were ready to sign the GM Financial lease they did not disclose a new $395 Disposition Fee (an add on fee if we did not lease another GM vehicle at end of this lease). Jack the sales manager was a jerk and told us that another customer would take that vehicle tomorrow if we did not sign the lease today. I called GM Financial, who confirmed that the Disposition Fee was dealer optional. We have a current GM Financial lease that does not have that add on fee. I then asked for my down payment check back and told them I will never do business with them. We have 3 other leases in our household and they did not value our business. We felt they were disceptive along the process and could not to be trusted. Make sure you read the fine print and ask for clarification on all lease figures quoted. This was the worst car buying experience ever. More

Also the purchase process was SUPER fast, which was amazing in itself. Only bad thing is my schedule has been super busy, so I haven't been able to ride it like I should, but that's on me. Horrible mechanics and technicians brought my car in for repairs thru my insurance but the car AFTER FOUR ATTEMPTS is still NOT REPAIRED CORRECTLY. The whole purpose of using a dealers brought my car in for repairs thru my insurance but the car AFTER FOUR ATTEMPTS is still NOT REPAIRED CORRECTLY. The whole purpose of using a dealership is to have experts on that make and model, however the TECHNICIANS at this branch are BELOW SUB-PAR! After 6 grand I have a car that still has a squeaky scraping sound a panel that is clearly not aligned properly. The customer service is good they listen attempted to address my issues and cut my deductible in 1/2 for having to trek back to the dealership to attempt to get a car with repairs that was not done correctly. However in the end I still have a car with repairs not done correctly. I would not recommend Matick for repairs past a tire and oil change as those are the only maintenance items that I have never had an issue with....because this REPAIR fiasco is not my 1st rodeo with them ... In short GREAT customer service .... POOR mechanics and technicians! More

The communication between the service and manger both need work. This location had my car from Thursday until Tuesday, Very Unacceptable.
