The receipt is not itemized; therefore one has no idea where the extra charges came from. There is no coordination between the employees, they told me that the wait will be at least 2 hours and only 10 minutes later (when I was about to leave the lot) the mechanic said it is ready. (This was a recall work that they had to do on the car) As a customer I felt unappreciated and I still feel that they had taken advantage of the situation. I will never go back and I DO NOT recommend this place. More
