Less than truthful.Dont even work on your car everyday, they have had my truck 2 months.The part we have been waiting on has sat on the shipping pallet for over 2 weeks now. Im on the 3rd service rep,Kevin they have had my truck 2 months.The part we have been waiting on has sat on the shipping pallet for over 2 weeks now. Im on the 3rd service rep,Kevin and havent heard from him in 2weeks.Ive had to spend over $1500 on a rental, and still have no idea when they will have it done.Be aware that they screen calls too. Just stay away from this dealership, customer service is nonexistent. More
I brought my car in for it's 100,000 mile tune-up. Drop-off was fast and easy. They identified some issues with my brakes as well, contacted me before proceeding, and were still able to get them fixed up and get my car back to me before the quoted pick-up time. My vehicle is stopping on a dime now! I never would have known the brakes needed work if the service department had not done their due diligence. It's made a huge difference. Excellent, fast, friendly customer service! I will definitely be bringing in my other vehicles soon! More
Don't trust them to do a serious check up of your used vehicle. They just rush through it to get it on the lot. I bought a 2011 from them in Jan 2021. Then I find out they don't know how or care if the oi vehicle. They just rush through it to get it on the lot. I bought a 2011 from them in Jan 2021. Then I find out they don't know how or care if the oil filter is tightened all the way. i crawled under truck and it was finger loose !! Now my wife is on the road somewhere, I'm over seas, the alternator went bad, and now the battery is dead. !! I am a military contractor for the Navy. Obviously, When I return from Japan, I'm not going to George Moore for a new truck. Very poor customer service and very poor follow up. I won't go back there. More

I've always thought of car dealerships as like hospitals, there will always be people who are grateful and happy, while there will also be people who are disgusted. In my opinion my whole experience could not have been any better. Glenn was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the whole experience as smooth as butter. I wasn't jerked around or given the usual bs you would get while trying to buy a new vehicle. He made it easy. He gave me numbers, I gave him numbers, and we found a number that worked quickly and easily. We did half the deal by phone even to make the it as quick as possible. I cannot recommend Glenn enough, go see him! He makes it easy. More
Had the worst customer service experience in my life. Bought a brand new 2021 Chevy trailblazer and paid for aftermarket upgrades. Instead they kept half of the monies stating that other half of the monies would be used for upgrades that came on the car at the time I purchased it; but this was not discussed at the signing, only revealed after I paid the subsequent monies for the additional upgrades. Subsequently ended buying another vehicle, but this time dealt with GARBER CHEVY - the difference in service was astounding!!!!!!! will never deal with George Moore again!!!!!!! In my personal opinion they stole from me. More
