I purchased a 2027 Bolt and got awakened to the fact that most Chevy Salesman at most dealerships, know very little about the vehicle, or how public charging works. I didn't know you have to download app aft most Chevy Salesman at most dealerships, know very little about the vehicle, or how public charging works. I didn't know you have to download app after app after app of so many different charging ''networks'' in order to charge on the road! No where do you read that on any website about EV charging. Always ''it's so easy''. No it's not! You can't just pull up to a charger and swipe your credit card like at a gas station! It's been a month and I am still afraid to travel over a hundred miles from my house because of the difficulty of Public charging systems. If they are going to sell an EV, they should take you to a public charger, and help you load these Apps on your phone and see if you can make it work. As it is, if you don't charge at home, it's a nightmare! I drove the 150 miles from Georgia to fix a tag paperwork problem with one digit being wrong copied from my driver's license, and they spent a lot of time trying to help me load some apps, but no one was able to finish up before they had to go to an appointment and then another person would try to help. None of the literature or advertisement for the EV vehicles, refers to what you have to do to use a public charger. Beginning to feel disappointed with buying an EV. More

This is the most dishonest sales department I have ever encountered in over 6 decades of my life. Caught them overcharging me by $1194 (which Todd helped me get refunded to my credit union) knowing I would encountered in over 6 decades of my life. Caught them overcharging me by $1194 (which Todd helped me get refunded to my credit union) knowing I would report them to the state for unfair/illegal business practices towards seniors. Afterwards they agreed to give me $250 for the 10 hours it took to resolve the issue they created, "if" I agreed to take down a less then positive review. I agreed. Once the review was removed they "again" broke there promise to compensate me ($250) for my time. It appears these issues might only be related to there sales department unlike there service department which has been very helpful from the start. More
