It takes way too long to get a simple service done like an oil change and the tires rotated and balanced… appointment was at 11AM didn’t leave until 3PM … 4 hours is crazy! The staff is very nice, and the store is very clean and orderly. Helpful as well. The only problem i did have was that the complimentary car wash wasn't very good. Now I didn't expect perfection due to complimentary and understanding that I had been on a couple of dirt roads while raining so I get that my truck wasn't the cleanest. They left dirt in the fender well and on the step bumper.and by dirt iI mean clumps of dirt. Again not that I'm expecting perfection but atleast remove the clumps of dirt. Also maybe the windows done on the car wash, just a suggestion. Other than the car wash I was completely satisfied. More

I had to bring in my Pontiac Grand Prix for some maintenance on short notice. Mike in the Service Dept was super helpful.
