Routine new car Oil change took over 2 hours. Service advisor called me at home to see if I still wanted the complimentary wash when my husband took the car in and was sitting 3 feet away. Mike was very responsive and picked up the vehicle and returned within the agreed time frame. So far however this "infotainment" system issue with the car has yet to be resolved. Both car and phone all indicate software is up to date however the google assistant and android auto features consistently fail and it is beyond frustrating.
