Went in for a service of an oil change for the 1st time and was completely lost everyone stood around or walked back and forth I let someone know I haven’t been here I’m lost i don’t know what to do he tol and was completely lost everyone stood around or walked back and forth I let someone know I haven’t been here I’m lost i don’t know what to do he told me drop my key in the box and go inside and wait in the lobby after 30 min of waiting someone who so happened to be the manager of the department came up to me and said have you been helped and apologized and made everything better and let me know moving forward what to do he was amazing! I see why he’s a manager needs to have a talk with his team but overall my service was good after he saved the day ! More

Routine new car Oil change took over 2 hours. Service advisor called me at home to see if I still wanted the complimentary wash when my husband took the car in and was sitting 3 feet away.
