I was visiting some friends and my tire went flat. Tow truck guy didn’t want to change my tire because he said the key to my rims weren’t in the car. However, the key was there. Seth said the guys that fixed my tire knew just were it was🤩 Seth walked me to my car and showed me where it was and put it back so I would be able to find it next time. Awesome 😎 More

I had a service appt. For oil & filter change. Appt was for 8:15am car did not get completed for about 3 hours. I understand sometimes there are problems. But appointments For oil & filter change. But appointments are appointments and should be kept to some reasonable time frame for completion. And keeping the customer informed of delays can go along way.
