I called service in hopes to speak with an advisor instead of the service help desk lady because I wanted someone who knew more about the problem I was having, so she took my number down and never cal instead of the service help desk lady because I wanted someone who knew more about the problem I was having, so she took my number down and never called me back. I repeated this process two more times until I finally caved in and just set up an appointment. Come the day of my appointment, they couldn't even find it. And then as if it couldn't get worse, they tell me they don't have a tech who is certified to do the work I needed done to my 2018 Chevy Camaro SS. I have worked in a service shop before and this is by far the worst organized shop with poor leadership. I was apprehensive about taking my car to a dealership in Jacksonville since my experiences in Orlando at Starling Chevy had been so wonderful, and I WAS RIGHT TO BE APPREHENSIVE. I will NEVER recommend George Moore to anyone! I guess I should have listened to the other reviews online about this place. More
