Brought in my truck for a sideview mirror that clearly was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. Scheduled and paid for the service ($1440).. Two days later, I changed my mind. The service department was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. Scheduled and paid for the service ($1440).. Two days later, I changed my mind. The service department kept almost $200 of my money just for them to say, “Yes, we agree. The sideview mirror is broken.” Chevrolet lost me as a future customer. Hello Ford Super Duty!!! More

Mike the service writer was awesome, texts , phone calls info, he was on top of it. Service tech was, mmmmmm?? Ok, but had a lose fitting , brake fluid on engine and front end parts that will require repla info, he was on top of it. Service tech was, mmmmmm??
