Above and beyond! We stopped in on a rainy Saturday to shop for a vehicle to replace the one we lost in an accident. My other half was not having the best day that day We stopped in on a rainy Saturday to shop for a vehicle to replace the one we lost in an accident. My other half was not having the best day that day and after looking at a few vehicles we were done. Shana was not only super understanding she continued to work and search for that "Perfect Fit". We returned later the following week and not only was my wife feeling better but Shana had done it. Love at first sight is an understatement. We tried a few other vehicles but nothing compared, I have one VERY happy woman. Thanks to Shana for going that extra mile, well extra several miles, and not giving up on us. We stopped by on Saturday and was looking was just looking for a different car and a few hours later we came home with one. Richard McCabe made it the easiest experience ever and went up and beyond w looking for a different car and a few hours later we came home with one.
