Car buying process was fairly standard. Salesman was fine and am happy with the purchase. However it took close to 3 weeks for the dealership to even send the title and title applicant. Had to play continuou and am happy with the purchase. However it took close to 3 weeks for the dealership to even send the title and title applicant. Had to play continuous phone tag for several days to even get ahold of the billing department. Had one of the rudest experiences from the receptionist (Cindy) and the billing department (Susan). Would not recommend this dealership due to their communication (or lack of) and the complete disrespect I received. More
