He was recommended by a friend who has purchased 5 cards from him in the past. initially we caught him at a busy time so he was not able to meet our needs, but he did get general information on what we wanted. We had done quite a bit of research and knew what we wanted (make & model). He said he would work on it and if we came back tomorrow he would have more information on availability, When we came back the next day, he was prepared. We covered the price and options and bought the car (Santa Fe Sport) on the second visit. Our new car was not on site but a comparable one was so we felt comfortable buying it. On our third visit the car was there and ready to go. We did have to come back one more time to drop off the title to our old car. All in all it was a good experience. This is only the 3rd new car I ever bought and 4th from a dealer. Generally I do not like dealing with sales reps at a dealership as I always feel I am getting snookered. In this case, I did not feel that at all. I think I got a fair deal. More
