With few exceptions, car salespeople lack knowledge of cars, sales and their ethics are almost always murky, an understatement. They also rarely follow up. My Ettleson rep, Jorge Garcia, was by far the most knowledgeable, forthright and accommodative salesperson I have ever met. He is the reason Ettleson got the business. I visited Ettleson several times before connecting with Garcia during the year prior to the deal and none of them were in his league nor did they follow up with me. One was actually lazy. Ettleson is lucky to have Garcia. I would hire him in a second.
