If you are interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle this is the "go-to" dealership. I worked with Dany Khochaba for the initial sales and he did everything many other dealerships (and sales people this is the "go-to" dealership. Every meeting or phone call thereafter Dany was timely and did exactly as he said he would. He had excellent follow through skills which meant a great deal to me as a busy professional that does not have time to chase a sales person down. He answered all of my questions and then even followed up by phone with me after I left to see if there was anything more he could answer. On my second visit, I also met Mike Chino who was equally as impressive. He was helpful, respectful of my time, and an overall savvy business professional. After looking at over 20 cars (and about as many dealerships) Gerald Hyundai stood out above the others on many levels. Everyone I encountered here was genuine. They never pushed but made it known that they were there to answer any questions I had. In addition, one of the most amazing things about this dealership is almost everyone there that I dealt with had been there 18+ years. WOW, now that says something!! They must be doing something right as the car business is such a transitional business. Every employee at the dealership spoke very highly of the business, the team, the dealership and their customers!!! So many others that I visited told me they wish they could find a new job, they complained about their operations and everything (and everybody in it). It was refreshing to meet a group that was positive! When I decided to purchase the car I met two more of Gerald's team, Nick Smiley and Ed Sparti. Here is where I started to realize Gerald Hyundai didn't just have one good guy but a WHOLE team of top notch individuals. They carefully walked me through the process and explained each piece - answering my questions along the way. They were fair, honest, and treated me as a friend and not just a SALE. My experience could not have been better!! In the end, Doug Gerald came over and thanked me personally for my business and gave me his card in case I needed any additional assistance in the follow up or in the future. The sale was done...he didn't need to do this. It is this type of personal touch that really made this purchase a WIN. They stand out well above any other dealership I visited during my search! Great overall buying experience, got the car I wanted at a good price and their financing department did an awesome job of finding me a good deal despite not having ideal credit. There are many times in the past where car shopping was a stressful experience and you walk away not feeling all that great about the experience. That was NOT the case this time. We walked in ready to buy a Sante Fe, but after review our credit and negative equity in our current car we were guided by Brian and Eddie towards a used vehicle. Dany then continued to guide us through the paperwork with the sales manager Michael Chino who also was very friendly and helpful. We drove out of the lot with our new 2014 Santa Fe Limited. I gave him my budget plan and information over the phone one morning and was surprised to hear his enthusiasm in telling me i had many op experience.
