We had been looking at the sonata for some time but because of the hassle of it all and financing we kept delaying the dreaded process. We were walking around the parking lot when Eddie approached us. After looking around we went inside to start all the dreaded paper work. As it all turned out we decided to buy a 2009 Camry. Michael and Eddie then helped us with seamless financing. The dreaded paper work never was! As Gerald Hyundai detailed our new car Eddie was explaining all the features of the Camry as well as some other cars in the showroom. The hassle ended up not being a hassle. The selection and quality of the available autos was very impressive. It was very easy to walk around and view the different types of autos that they had. When I had decided which type of car I was interested in, the salesman showed me some different types of the car and was able to answer every question I had. I was able to test drive the auto that I was interested in and the salesperson was able to show me all the different features on the test drive. When I decided to buy the whole transaction went very smoothly and they went out of their way to explain all the numbers and information. My overall experience at this dealership was great and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a quality automobile. More

Great experience from the moment I drove in the lot. Mike D. offered to help me in anyway, and was not pushy in anyway. Called Gerald Hyundai looking for a new 2012 Sonata Limited w/nav, and spoke with Mike Wiley on the phone. After working with four other dealers and getting out the door quotes, Mike Wiley was the fir Limited w/nav, and spoke with Mike Wiley on the phone. After working with four other dealers and getting out the door quotes, Mike Wiley was the first sales person to tell me that he would not lose my business over a few hundred dollars. Also, he was determined to find me the car I wanted, in the color I wanted, even if he had to find it from another dealer in a neighboring state. Every salesperson at other dealers before him simply told me they have some 2012 Sonata Limited's coming within 4-8 weeks and I could put my name on a list for the first choice of what they receive. Mike W. and Gerald were willing to locate what I wanted. I went in and test drove a 2012 Sonata 2.0T. It wasn't exactly what I was looking for so Mike W. and I worked out numbers for a 2012 Sonata Limited w/nav should he be able to locate the color I wanted. The Sales Manager Mike Hall then entered the negotiation and between the three of us, we worked out a deal that I found to be fair, and in line with the True Market Value listed at Edmunds.com. They also gave me a fair price on my trade-in which had been in an accident. Once we worked out the numbers and had it in writing, I was comfortable putting down a $500 deposit to go toward locating the car and would also go toward the final price of the car. At no time did I feel pressured and Mike W was very friendly and easy going. It's a given that a dealer has a responsibility to make money and get as much for their cars as possible. I was prepared with written quotes from other dealers and understood the dealer invoice of the car I wanted. The entire time Gerald Hyundai was very much in line with a fair deal. Mike Hall asked me to give him a week to find the car I wanted (Indigo Blue ext, Grey int w/nav) as the Limited model was becoming difficult to find until Hyundai made a shipment to dealers in the area. I knew this would take time after being in contact with other dealers and hearing the same thing, that 2012 Limited's w/nav in the color you want are tough to find until a shipment comes, and they move fast. It would take approx two weeks to find my car, but I didn't mind. Mike W. was in contact with me every week, and returned every single one of my calls the same day. Even though the news when we spoke was that they had not found the car yet, his attentiveness eased my mind that they were doing their best to find exactly what I wanted. I was thrilled when Mike W. called me (on his day off) to tell me they found my car and he would be picking it up the next day. They found it approx 30 miles away and it was everything I had asked for. When the time came to close the deal, the business manager Ed Sparti ended up being the same guy who handled my last two cars at Gerald Nissan. Ed was a pleasure to work with and gave me a great deal on an extended warranty for my electronics. As always, Ed was straightforward, friendly, and a pleasure to wrap up my deal with. In the end this was a great experience all around for me. I got the car I wanted, for the price I wanted, and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend asking for Mike Wiley and I look forward to doing business with Gerald Hyundai again. More
