Was looking for a new car and I had a choice between working with Rosen Hyundai or Gerald. A friend of mine said I should try Gerald, he had good luck with them. So Larry Persico contacted me and sent working with Rosen Hyundai or Gerald. A friend of mine said I should try Gerald, he had good luck with them. So Larry Persico contacted me and sent me a message and asked when was a good time to sit down and talk about a new purchase. During a week, I was harassed by ROSEN Hyundai every day. Everyday I would get a text, email and a call and did not want to talk to them. Larry from Gerald, on the other hand, knew I was coming in and I did have to reschedule my appointment with him, but I was never harassed. When I got to Gerald and spoke to Larry, I mentioned to him that my credit was not the best. He said not to worry, we will do our best to make this happen for you. I was there for 4 hours and everyone I dealt with was kind and very helpful. When all said and done, I was able to get my new car and got a great deal on my new 2022 Tuscon. The finance department was helpful and explained all my options. NEVER DID I FEEL PRESSURED ! Now Gerald is farther away, but I feel like a king at Gerald ! So stay away from Elgin Hyundai and Rosen and just go to Gerald you will not be disappointed.
