Was in for 15000 mile maintenance. Joe checked me in and showed me to the waiting area. Good so far. Music in waiting area was annoying and NOT to my liking. Didn't hear anything further until someone(mech showed me to the waiting area. Good so far. Music in waiting area was annoying and NOT to my liking. Didn't hear anything further until someone(mechanic?) told me my car was ready. Wait time was good. Got paperwork and key fob from service desk. Went home, reviewed paperwork and saw 3 items that 'requires immediate attention' and 2 items 'in need of attention soon'. Would have appreciated being told of these issues so that I could ask questions right then. Now i have to call back to find out how soon I should have these issues resolved. Also, paperwork mentions a car wash which was not done. More
