A Pleasant Experience We arrived on a cold day in December at the Gerald Hyundai dealership with the intention on looking but not buying a car that day, We looked around ou We arrived on a cold day in December at the Gerald Hyundai dealership with the intention on looking but not buying a car that day, We looked around outside for several minutes but no one ran out to meet us. As we approached the door, Eddie Mangan greeted us at the door. After listening to our story of Mary's car being totaled by a truck that rear ended her and what were her needs in a replacement automobile, we listened to Eddie's description on the Gerald strategy to customers and the advantages of their services and attitudes. We took a test drive after several hours and were so impressed that we purchased a new car that evening and drove it home the next morning totally satisfied with our experience. We would recommend the Gerald Hyundai approach and service to anyone. More
