All of my contact was with Jeff, Manager in the Truck Service area. Although I was dealing with a rather tough and expensive problem, Jeff spent whatever time was needed with me to explain clearly what I Service area. My F250's check engine light came on while pulling a 5th wheel RV on our first day of vacation. Luckily Gerald Jones Ford was nearby and the truck shop was open on a Saturday afternoon. Upon arrival the s wheel RV on our first day of vacation. Luckily Gerald Jones Ford was nearby and the truck shop was open on a Saturday afternoon. Upon arrival the service manager pulled a mechanic to check the codes indicating a faulty DEF level sensor. The part was in stock and I didn't even have to drop the 5th wheel as the mechanic was willing to crawl under the truck even though it required big portions of the metal shielding to be remove. We were out of there in under 2 hours. Nothing short of awesome service! More
