All of my contact was with Jeff, Manager in the Truck Service area. Although I was dealing with a rather tough and expensive problem, Jeff spent whatever time was needed with me to explain clearly what I Service area. Although I was dealing with a rather tough and expensive problem, Jeff spent whatever time was needed with me to explain clearly what I was dealing with and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with my decision, which took sometime. Once I made my final decision to go forward with Gerald Ford, Jeff went out of his way, to make my second experience less stressful, without me asking by arranging a loaner car and helped me with selecting services in the area which I was unfamiliar. Very personable , knowledgeable, understanding and caring. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I thank Jeff and Gerald Jones Ford from the bottom of my heart for your professional and sincere help with my RV (my home) and my transmission. My F250's check engine light came on while pulling a 5th wheel RV on our first day of vacation. Luckily Gerald Jones Ford was nearby and the truck shop was open on a Saturday afternoon. Upon arrival the s wheel RV on our first day of vacation. Luckily Gerald Jones Ford was nearby and the truck shop was open on a Saturday afternoon. Upon arrival the service manager pulled a mechanic to check the codes indicating a faulty DEF level sensor. The part was in stock and I didn't even have to drop the 5th wheel as the mechanic was willing to crawl under the truck even though it required big portions of the metal shielding to be remove. We were out of there in under 2 hours. Nothing short of awesome service! More
