Impressed and Surprised After reading a post by msquires I would like to say that I am a woman who is over 50 and I do not agree with her assessment of Troy Benson. I was so Impressed and my experience him was the best experience I’ve ever had with anyone and at any type of Service/Repair Business. I had paid for Repairs that didn't fix the problem so I took my car back. When I picked it up I was told the diagnostic showed no issues and that the problem didn't happened while they had my car. The problem persisted and I took it back again, I was told the same thing but I wasn’t going to give up so easily. I had no doubt there was a problem and I had paid to fix the problem and also the problem was dangerous. I would have taken my car back the next day and the next and the next day and every day thereafter until someone dealt with it. The last time I took it back for what seemed like the umpteened time I decided to ask for the Service Manager, who was Troy Benson. Troy sincerely seemed to care about my concerns, safety and my satisfaction. He told me he would take care of everything and to not worry. He made sure I was given a loaner car so I didn't have to find a ride to work and they kept my car until someone figured out what was wrong. And they did indeed figure it out BUT the best thing is……. I wasn’t charged a dime. This has never ever happened to me before (and I bet it's never happened to you either) at an Service/Repair Business. They always charge for their mistakes and repairs to fix them but Troy was true to his word when he told me that he would look into what I was charged the first time I brought my car in. . Maybe, since I had paid so much money on the first repair that didn’t fix my car he decided the right thing to do was not to charge me but whatever the reason I am very grateful for and to Troy Benson and as long as they have good people, like Troy, working there I will always take my car to Gerald Jones Ford on Wrightsboro road for anything big or small. More

I had all of my questions about the service I’ve been to other dealerships for service before but this the first time I have ever been 100% satisfied. I had all of my questions about the service and options answered in a professional, kind, and knowledgeable way. I could tell the service department personnel actually like their jobs. I never felt like I was a bother or that it was inconvenient for them to assist me. I was constantly updated with the status of my service. I highly recommend this dealer for any service needs! More
