I received horrible customer service from the service depart I was bringing my car in from another Ford dealership for a simple repair. I was lied to and told my car was not covered under warranty and I would ha I was bringing my car in from another Ford dealership for a simple repair. I was lied to and told my car was not covered under warranty and I would have to pay for a Diagnostics along with repairs. The service manager Guy was rude and dismissive to me a woman who was inquiring about getting her car fixed that was still covered under the bumper to bumper warranty. Guy continuously told me that my car was not covered and that they were not going to fix my car. I called Bleakly Ford in Lithia Springs GA and not only did they fix my car the filled my gas tank and and profusely apologized for the actions of the people at Gerald Jones Ford More

Awesome Service! OMG! I can not believe that I was a car dealer/service area. I am in town for a Real Estate class and my check engine light came on. Having a 7 hour t OMG! I can not believe that I was a car dealer/service area. I am in town for a Real Estate class and my check engine light came on. Having a 7 hour trip ahead of us, we did not want to risk been something serious. After taking the car to a auto parts store for a diagnostics, and the results were... consult your owner’s manual, we took my FORD FUSION to the Ford Dealership. After explaining what was wrong and how we were from Florida, Joe toke good care of us and was able to fix the car on the same day. While waiting for our courtesy driver, we made conversation with one of the salesman, who was very surprised that they were going to service our car, saying he knew that the shop is so busy that they have a 2 week wait for services. I want to say thank you to Joe and to the mechanics at Gerald Jones Ford. I have taking my car many times to my local Ford Dealer and never, never was treated so well by someone that knew that he will probably never have my business again, and that made no difference. Thank you and keep up the awesome job! More

Although the problem with my car could not be "recreated" (it is an intermittent air conditioning problem), Jennifer, my service contact, made EVERY effort to try any avenue to recreate it. Even though the problem could not be recreated and therefore was not fixed, the whole service experience - from Bobby the valet service driver to Jennifer the service coordinator - was very professional and helpful. Nice touch to have my car detailed before it was returned - I really appreciated that! Thank you very much. More
