From out of town, there was no reason to worry. My wife and I were traveling when our 2006 Ford, F-350 Power Stroke started to overheat while towing our 5th wheel. Needless to say I was a little ne My wife and I were traveling when our 2006 Ford, F-350 Power Stroke started to overheat while towing our 5th wheel. Needless to say I was a little nervous since I was from out of town. Once I arrived at the dealership I explained the problem and the guys were able to work us in that day. They did not have a new Ford radiator in stock, but they were able to have it the following morning. They let us camp in their dirt lot that evening. Very pleased with the service we received. There was no reason to worry. They took care of us and did everything right. David the Truck Shop Manager has eight mechanics; just a great bunch of guys who take pride in their work. Thank you! More

Excellent Customer Service Excellent customer service. I dropped off my vehicle for an oil change, without an appointment, on a Saturday morning. They gave me a free round trip shuttle service to and from my home. They finished the work hours before I expexted to get my vehicke back. The employees are very friendly and professional! Superior Customer Service Shannon Saxon has been my service advisor for years. Pete Darling has been the mechanic I always request. He is truly a Mustang expert. Both of these individuals are the reason I come to this dealership for service. I live much closer to Fairway Ford but Shannon and Pete are without equal in terms of the service they provide. Life time power train warranty Bought our truck from Bobby Jones Ford and had it serviced at this same location exclusively. I take care of my truck. I started having a few transmission problems with it later. Well I thought as I have spent several thousands of dollars having it serviced there they would help me since I paid for the lifetime power train warranty .....wrong. They would NOT help me whatsoever. Made every excuse in the book about it. I put my trust Ford and there dealerships. Sad a hard working person cannot get treated fairly after they have spent there hard earned money with ford and there dealers. More

They have the most know Gerald Jones Ford (formerly known as Bobby Jones Ford) is the only place in Augusta that I will take my F250 to for servicing. They have the most knowledgeable diesel mechanics in town and I trust them to ensure that the special servicing required for diesel engines is performed above and beyond what most places will do. I was kept informed throughout the service and if any special circumstances arose, the customer service rep called my personally to get my approval before anything was done. I highly recommend them, especially if you own a Ford diesel, to perform all work needed. More
