The service manager for my vehicle, Mr. Kenn Your service team conducts business very professionally. I like the feeling of quality service I receive. The service manager for my vehicle, Mr. Kenny Elam, is very efficient and knowledgeable in what he does. He makes suggestions on what I need done without twisting my arm to have it done. If it’s something which need my immediate attention, he points that out, as well as the things that can wait until the “next time.” I like this because it keeps my budget where it needs to be. I like the service I received inside the dealership also. I needed to print off coupons and I was allowed to use the computer of one of the employees to do just that. I have fallen in love with your new hot beverage dispenser. I had a latte as well as a hot chocolate and they both were very tasty.
