Tito is the sales associate ever at Gerald Jones Honda! Tito is a wonderful sales associate! We had some issues with our previous Honda that we bought from Gerald Jones. My husband and I were very aggravate Tito is a wonderful sales associate! We had some issues with our previous Honda that we bought from Gerald Jones. My husband and I were very aggravated with our car because it just was not reliable like a Honda is supposed to be and was having too many problems for a 2 year old car that was bought brand new. I went in very aggravated and Tito calmed me down right away and I could tell he was very concerned and wanted to do whatever he could to make this situation right. He had never seen anyone that had as many problems as we did. So long story short, he got us in a new 2017 Honda Civic that we love without coming out upside down on our old 2015 Honda Fit. He got the manager involved and did everything he possibly could to go above and beyond for us! It was something my husband and I really appreciated becuase you could really tell he cared about us. He also said if we had any problems at all with anything to call him immediately! It really made us trust Honda again. So I will definitely be going back to Tito to buy all of our other cars! Also J.R. in the financing department really hooked us up with a great deal! I would definitely recommend going to Gerald Jones Honda for your car buying needs! More

He actually did research for me on all my options and emailed me ideas and honest information so I didn't waste time test driving things that wouldn't work for my family since I wasn't up to it. And he worked within our budget. He made it so I spent as little time possible at the dealership so I could get back home and rest.
