A notably bad service department I don't even know where to begin. I've literally never had a good service experience with Gerald Jones. Perhaps suffice it to say that although I bought my brand new Honda at Gerald Jones (in Augusta, GA), I've been getting my car serviced at a Honda Cars of Aiken in Aiken, SC (about 30 miles from our home). Once, they offered to order a spare part for me (for free, to be fair), and called me when it came in. Eventually when I got an appointment to go in to have the part put in, they couldn't find the spare part. I periodically get emails from them with reminder to call them to set up a service appointment. Their email even gives out a specific phone number to call in order to make the appointment. But it's a wrong number (when you dial it, it goes to a bank in another state! I've emailed them back alerting them of the bad telephone #, but no one responds. What's worse, I keep getting the same email with the same bad number! And then in December 2019,I called them asked to speak to the manager, and I talked with someone named Mr. Mann. He was very courteous and listened patiently to my concerns.He promised to look into it and "call me right back", but he never did. I'd give their sales department oh, maybe negative three stars if I could. More

Excellent service I have brought my van to Gerald Jones Honda for routine oil changes but this last visit I was experiencing a problem. I told the service rep what was going on and he had a technician drive the van for 40 minutes until the van acted up. They fixed it at no charge because it was under warranty and so far so good. More
