It was very low stress to look for a car here, which I loved. There was no pressure to jump into a car until it was the right one, test driving the cars was a casual and easy experience, and the deal we g loved. It seems small, but often times as a woman looking for a car with her husband, I am completely ignored and treated like my husband’s handbag. It makes a difference to feel respected. More
I handled the entire transaction via chat, email, and text. This way all of our conversations were documented. Dorian kept me abreast of the travels of the car until it arrived. He also had it parked right up front all clean and shiny, filled with gas. In other words, RTG! (Ready To Go) We immediately went for a little test ride. Which was really just for fun. He said he couldn't wait to meet me and get to know me. He seemed genuine and not patronizing at all. I've had very different experiences with sales people before. He took the time to help me get acclimated to the blue tooth system and some of the accessories. All of the documents were also RTG. I paid the balance of the car with no problems. The money lady was very nice as well. She explained the warranties to me so that I understood. A few days after i got home, Dorian called me to check in on how the trip went. I told him about the expereince and i think i may have inspired him to have a road trip of his own. I liked him so much, I told him to keep my number and to get in touch if he ever comes to NOLA. I would have given 5 stars if I had been picked up from the airport and driven to the dealership instead of having to rent and return a car there. It would be great if the dealership or sales staff would let customers know this when they purchase and are travelling from another state. More

My salesman, Michael Thaxton was one of the best salesman I have known. He was personable, very knowledgeable and went above and beyond, even helping us on his day off.
