In particular I dealt with Andre, Derrick, and for the majority of my purchase I was helped by Cesar. All three were great people to deal with, and went out of their way to make sure I got what I wanted at the price I wanted. I went to two dealerships to look at a Kia Forte, one was up in the northwest burbs , the other was Hawkinson Kia. They were "Night and Day" different. I'll keep it simple and "nice", and just say I highly recommend Hawkinson Kia. I just purchased the Forte this week, so have yet to deal with the service department for anything, but I'm going to assume they are just as professional and friendly. More

Service experience well done The wait was a little unexpectedly long a/c a service campaign issue. We were notified and agreed to the extra two hours.
