At first I felt it was a horrible experience, especially the attitude of the owners nephew. ..BUT then after continuing to go have my car serviced and being greeted and treated so warmly by the staff my feelings soften and I began to have a change of heart! Mr. Hawkison, Randy, ( who's back!! best thing EVER!) , and Tim Ward (service dept.) have always tried to do right by me, so Im grateful for that and now they have a LOT of new staff who are Fabulous. Id definitely refer others there to purchase a new/ used vehicle. I would have given 5 stars, but they ALWAYS, ALWAYS do a horrible job washing my car!!! El'Jaie More
