The dealership denied in helping any further in my warranty claim. Seems like they’re more worried about the bottom line. Which stems from Kia themselves. Everyone loves getting a new car! ! Even if it’s just new to you. I could not be happier with Gerald in general. I do not think we bought from Gerald Kia, but we did buy it from one of ! He literally ran wherever he went. He was able to match us up with car that was traded that very same day. The finance guy, I think his name was Rob, worked out the numbers and we thought we had a really good deal happening. When it was all said and done, a last minute finance offer came in and brought our payments down about 50 bucks more. I have bought many cars in my 57 years and this was the most relaxed I have ever felt. A+ I highly recommend More
