This is our third vehicle purchased at this location. We worked with Westin Hawkins and he was great. Answered all our questions and was up front with everything. The only negative experience was we were there for over 4 hours. We quickly decided on a vehicle but there was a backup to get paperwork done with the finance manager. They are awful! Sold a car that was marked for me by first giving it to their sister dealership. Then I was demeaned by Ed “the BOSS” and finally they attempted to sell me a car I specifically said I di first giving it to their sister dealership. Then I was demeaned by Ed “the BOSS” and finally they attempted to sell me a car I specifically said I didn’t want. I not only do not recommend ever going there I blasted them on every social media platform out there. DON’T EVER GO TO ANY GERALD DEALERSHIP!!! More

Most unprofessional dealership I’ve ever been to. I’ve never had to jump through so many hoops just to get a car. I shouldn’t have to contact the salesman MYSELF after being told he’d call me the next day never had to jump through so many hoops just to get a car.
