Super people, super dealership I was not sure about what I wanted or the brand. Ebony and Fabian worked with me and my indecisiveness. They knew I was going to buy something in the very near future and the lack of pressure helped me come to the right decision for me. If I had been pressured like so many do, I might have chosen a lower end model that when I really had time to think about it that was not for me. I wanted a few more bells and whistles than I originally thought. Now I am driving my beautiful Sorento SX. Both parties benefited from patience. More

However Ben at Gerald Kia was a breath of On the list of things people hate to do, shopping for cars rates right up there with going to the dentist. However Ben at Gerald Kia was a breath of fresh air. So often the sales people at car dealerships will do or say anything to make the sale. This was not our experience at Gerald Kia. We knew what we were going to be looking at and we're in no hurry to buy the car. However when we asked our questions we heard something I rarely if ever had heard from a salesperson. "I really am not sure I know the full correct answer to that question. Do you mind giving me a minute so I can get you the correct answer? ". He did not want to mislead us. So many times sales people will act like they know everything about every car. This dealership and its employees have it right. All though they did make us a offer on the car, they understood when we said we were not ready to make a decision yet. The whole experience was so comfortable for us, we ended going back later and got exactly what we wanted at a fair price. Even going through the finance department was painless. Fabyan took over where Ben left off and in no time we were out the door with our car. I would highly recommend this dealership to any family member or friend. More

Ryan doesn't push you, he listens and helps you. Buying a car can seem like walking into a lions den. Not with Ryan though. Ryan showed us what he had on site that day, when we came back the next day he had made a line up of other makes and models that would fit my grandma's need. We appreciated hearing that, especially the part about 'in the least amount of time possible'. Ryan was a wonderful salesman to work with. He was curious as to what we were looking for and was very quick to get the keys to the vehicle we wanted to test drive and he was also respectful when we told him we wanted to look at one other vehicle in another dealership in the automall. When he asked why we wanted to look at another vehicle if we liked the Santa Fe so much we said that we just wanted to be sure in our decision. He said its important to be sure about our choice and didn't try to talk us out of not going to look at the other vehicle. Ryan and everyone we worked with at Gerald was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and down to earth which was a nice change pace considering what many car salesmen are like (not at Gerald though). I would definitely refer friends and family to Gerald Kia and specifically to Ryan. Also, Fabian in Finance was awesome too. More
