We were greeted by very knowledgeable and prepared sales and finance personnel and our process for finding and purchasing a vehicle that we really like went very smoothly. We had submitted a credit application online with a choice of a vehicle we had an interest in. We received a call the same night we submitted the credit application and inquiry from Brian and he was already looking into a vehicle for us and getting our credit check done. When the vehicle that we originally had an interest in was not available, he found another better vehicle that we like even more then the first one we had considered and then helped us in our process of financing. Dan helped Brian since Brian is somewhat new with the dealership but the teamwork was awesome and we could see that we were getting exceptional service from them as they worked through the paperwork required for purchasing the vehicle. We also had very good and personable service from Bill Conroy (William Conroy) as we worked through completing the finance process. There was no pressuring to spend more than we wanted to and everything was presented to us in an information fashion for us to make our decisions.
